Ever since I fell in love with the techniques of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, the philosophy of Yoga in all its facets decisively influenced my life over the past 20 years. Becoming a teacher marked only the beginning of my lifelong commitment to Yoga. The more I teach the more I learn. About Kundalini and meditation, Hatha and its Vinyasas and about all the richness in Patanjali’s limbs.

Yoga, as a holistic approach to life, is a comprehensive path of personal development, asking for no asceticism nor seclusion. Much rather it is about to incorporate spiritual practice into the everyday life. Into the life of everybody, no matter the age, the colour. The physical constitution, confession or any other label of identity. Yoga is depth, continuity, precision. But all and foremost it is pure easiness and joy. In my teachings I am wholeheartedly excited to share my inner passion for health, healing and personal growth in the most personal and approachable way. Honestly, truthfully and straightforwardly. Considering all aspects of life, physical as well the mental, I have promised to give my best in strengthening, supporting and encouraging each being, in order to not only awaken its entire, intrinsic potential, but to dwell in there and live it to the fullest. In humility. In gratitude.

Sat Nam.
